This is the initial contact phase where you reach out to our studio to discuss your interior design project needs. Our team will listen carefully to your ideas, requirements, and aspirations, ensuring we understand your vision and the scope of your interior design project. This is also the perfect time for you to ask any questions about ARTSTATT Design’s services, process, or previous work.

Once we’ve established your interest, we’ll schedule a meeting at a convenient time. This meeting can be held at our studio or your site. During this session, we’ll delve deeper into your preferences, lifestyle, and functional needs. We’ll also discuss your budget, timeline, and any specific challenges or inspirations of in interior design you have in mind.

After our initial discussions, we’ll schedule a site visit to take precise measurements and assess the space. This ensures we create an accurate, functional layout plan. We’ll document the existing conditions, then develop detailed floor plans that reflect your needs and make the best use of the space.

We’ll also prepare a tailored mood board for your project — a visual collection of curated images, materials, colour palettes, textures, finishes, and style references. It shows how these elements come together to achieve the atmosphere you want.

This step confirms both the practical layout and the aesthetic direction before we move forward.

With the layout plan in place, we’ll move on to the creative phase. Our interior design team will produce 3D renderings to help you visualise the proposed design. We’ll also present a curated selection of materials, finishes, and colour palettes, ensuring every element aligns with your style and practical needs. This stage allows you to see how your space will look and feel before any work begins.

Once the design stage is finalised, we’ll provide a comprehensive construction estimate. This document outlines the costs associated with materials, labour, and any additional services. We aim for transparency, so you’ll have a clear understanding of the investment required and can make informed decisions.

After you approve the design and estimate, we’ll move forward with the formal confirmation.

We’ll coordinate with contractors and suppliers, set a project schedule, and commence construction. Throughout this phase, we’ll keep you updated on progress, address any concerns promptly, and ensure the project stays on track for a successful completion.
