Situated in Sai Kung, the “Mount Pavilia” featured unit showcases ARTSTATT Design’s refined spatial planning and meticulous material interplay. The team brings modern minimalist aesthetics to life, creating a spatial narrative that flows seamlessly between light, shadow, and curves.

At its core, the design embraces a modern minimalist style that departs from traditional rigid right angles, weaving ubiquitous curved elements into every detail. From the elegant arcs of the ceiling trough and rounded wall corners to the curved silhouettes of the full-height and TV cabinets, the interior exudes a warm, stress-free, and comfortable visual tension.
